Description
Unlike our usual wildcrafted herbs, our wormwood is cultivated in our herb garden. Allowed to pretty much grown wild, our plants are hearty and never sprayed with any chemicals. Our wormwood is a dried mix of leaves and some of the top arial parts. Ideal for tea, but be aware that wormwood tea is quite bitter.
Each package is approximately 10g, and shipped in a resealable bag to keep them fresh.
In traditional herbal medicine, wormwood is excellent for:
- improving appetite and digestion
- treating internal parasites
- reduces inflammation
- liver health and detox
Our wormwood is all picked gently by hand and dried immediately. Our harvesting areas can vary, but are all in natural areas around Kingston and Napanee Ontario.
