Description
This is a listing for dried white willow bark, carefully stripped from young branches in the spring. The bark has been dried and coarsely chopped. It can be used as a tea, but would be more effective as a tincture.
Each package is approximately 12g, and shipped in a resealable bag to keep it fresh.
In traditional herbal medicine, white willow bark is good for pain relief and it has an action similar to aspirin. It can be effective for pain from a variety of sources like back pain, headaches or PMS cramps.
Like our other wildcraft products, our white willow bark was responsibly harvest from just a few branches each spring. The enormous tree keeps growing just fine. Our exact harvesting areas can vary, but are all in natural places around Kingston and Napanee Ontario.
