Description
Wildcrafted white oak leaves, that can be used for a variety of purposes including herbal tea. May be quite bitter, so plan on a little sweetener in your cup. Either than or use the leaves to make a tincture.
Each package is approximately 10g, and shipped in a resealable bag to keep them fresh.
In traditional herbal medicine, white oak is excellent for:
- treating diarrhea
- improving appetite and digestion
- eliminating intestinal parasites
- easing coughs
For less physical uses, white oak has spiritual properties to improve fertility and provide protection.
As with all of our herbs, our wild white oak leaves are all picked gently by hand and dried immediately. Our harvesting areas can vary, but are all in natural areas around Kingston and Napanee Ontario.
