Wildcrafted stinging nettle (a mix of dried leaves and some flowering tops), ready for a cup of detox tea.
Each package is approximately 10g, and shipped in a resealable bag to keep them fresh.
In traditional herbal medicine, stinging nettle is excellent for:
- reducing allergy (hayfever) symptoms
- liver detox and kidney health
- lowering blood pressure
- reducing inflammation
- high in nutritional minerals like calcium and magnesium
- soothe irritated skin (when used topically)
As with all of our herbs, our wild stinging nettle leaves are all picked gently by hand and dried immediately. Our harvesting areas can vary, but are all in natural areas around Kingston and Napanee Ontario.
