Wildcrafted mullein leaves, ready for a cup of healthy cough-fighting herbal tea.
Each package is approximately 7g, and shipped in a resealable bag to keep them fresh.
The mix is mostly leaves, with some flowers mixed in.
In traditional herbal medicine, mullein is excellent for:
- easing coughs and lung congestion
- reducing inflammation
- protecting against viral infections
As with all of our herbs, our wild mullein is all picked gently by hand and dried immediately. Our harvesting areas can vary, but are all in natural areas around Kingston and Napanee Ontario.
Mullein is packed in slightly lighter bags (7g instead of my usual 10g) because it is a very light herb. You are still getting the same volume as our other products, and plenty for several cups of tea.
