Description
Lemon balm (also known as Melissa) is one of our cultivated herbs from the garden. Allowed to pretty much grown wild, our plants are hearty and never sprayed with any chemicals. We’ve gently collected just the aromatic leaves for our dried lemon balm tea.
Each package is approximately 10g, and shipped in a resealable bag to keep it fresh.
Lemon balm has a lovely taste and is also good for:
- relaxation and sleep
- improving digestion
- boosting mood
Our lemon balk is all picked personally by hand and dried immediately. Our harvesting areas can vary, but are all in natural areas around Kingston and Napanee Ontario.
