Description
Dried ground ivy (not the same as English ivy), including a mix of leaves and flowers. It’s also known as “creeping Charlie”.
Each package is approximately 10g, and shipped in a resealable plastic bag so it stays fresh.
In traditional herbal medicine, ground ivy is used for:
- coughs and chest congestion
- clearing sinuses and nasal congestion
- possible help for headaches and tinnitus
- improving lymphatic drainage
As with all of our herbs, our ground ivy is all picked gently by hand, taking just what I need and leaving the rest of the plants to keep growing.
Our harvesting areas can vary, but are all in natural areas around Kingston and Napanee Ontario.
