Description
Here is some wildcrafted Chickweed, with a mix of dried leaves, stems and flowers (all the aerial parts). Perfect for various herbal medicine purposes.
Each package is approximately 10g, and shipped in a resealable plastic bag so it stays fresh.
In traditional herbal medicine, Chickweed is :
- laxative and soothing to the stomach
- high in vitamins and minerals
- improve lymphatic drainage
- itchy and irritated skin (when used topically)
As with all of our herbs, our Chickweed are all picked gently by hand, only taking a few sprigs from each plant so nothing is killed.
Our harvesting areas can vary, but are all in natural areas around Kingston and Napanee Ontario.
